      Good benefits (excluding salary). Offices in Monterrey are pretty. Learning opportunities are good. The majority of non-executive employees are good and interesting people. Diversity.

      Salary is low compared to other enterprises in the same branch (technology). Some projects are painful. Your voice is not always heard. Executives are not so-well behaved. Some leads are very authoritarian. Accenture follows the meritocracy scheme, which we all know is not always good and fair. Some people are rude and project leads don't seem to care too much. Good experience at first, then it starts to sink with the passing of weeks.

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
