      Large international company with a knowledge capital that is second to none. Provide excellent training and have above average compensation and benefits.

      Very opinionated team environment. They have an up or out mentality which basically translates into working your tail off, being totally committed and working your way up the corporate ladder in a designated time frame. It used to be that you should target to be partner within 6 - 8 years but there go to be so many partners that they had to modify they mindsets. As it implies, if you didn't satisfy the timeline they would demote or fire you.

      Self directed environment where you are responsible for yourself, with a nice support system that you create. Interesting projects and the people are overall awesome.

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
