An opportunity to work 100% online, with quite flexible hours is cool. I was also lucky to get in a good team. Global projects are amazing. There is plenty of training materials as well. And though the work is online, people are trying to organize active in-office life. The office is quite quite and well-located, it has 2 terrases and amazing views.

The pay seems to be quite low, and its change depends on global management, that seems to be interested more in aquisitions, rather than personnel's development and promotion. You often feel abandoned, cause there are several people who get assigned to you as mentorsm, but it is unclear who's supposed to do what, so they keep redirecting you to one another without resolving the issue. Training sessions (not just materials) are hard to get, several times I've been told that i'm "not the most valuable resource" in this company, so I have no budget for my training. I had to fight for several month to get it. If you are an English speaker, there is a risk you'll get assigned to a 100% Spanish-speaking project. Many things depend on a project, but mine is quite disorganosed. The client is using PMOs as documenting tools, not listening to what we propose. So, careful when entering: learn as much about the project as you can.
