      It's a big factory of technology services.

      Competitive. Top -down. Unorganised. Everyone thinks they know better than the other. Once at top range nobody moves making it impossible to grow in your career. Barcelona in particular is dominated by catalans who have been on top roles for more than 10 years. The mentality is of old consultancy firms. No space to improvement and to think outside the box. Making money, exploit employees working hours while setting up project SoWs to deliver as fast as possible with no understanding of effort. A selling machine of tech services.

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
