Decent enough benefits, covid pay (only once though), $14/hr

Regular realignment of district, new district manager every few months (I’ve seen 4 in 6 months), unstable management. Also this company price gouges customers simply for being poor. It’s our job to be the monsters that make customers pay 75% more in fees than the merchandise value. Obviously once customers realize they’re being ripped off, they scream at you. Bill collection is one thing but this is a whole other terrible thing. Also every store is understaffed and you will be expected to cover stores 3-5 hours away from you. One more thing! If you a person within a minority, don’t expect to get hired. My first interview I wasn’t hired even though I had the experience simply because I’m transgender and the district manager at the time “didn’t want an hr issue.”
