The company does an outstanding job of living out its values. The team members genuinely care for one another, even when they have differences. The culture is great as well. It has a family feel, even though it continues to grow. It is very rare to find this mix, especially to find an organization that lives out what it says. You'll find it at ACDI!

There is plenty to learn about the business and industry, but that is not really a con. It just takes time.

Good work-life balance. A few great people.

The company's vision is not realistic with changing technology needs. They will be obsolete in 5 years. Leadership absent and provides little guidance.
