The people are nice and you can make good work friends. Great overtime pay and benefits.

Svantaggi

No one does equal work. Morale is low. The supervisors work against each other instead of with each other. There is no over all goal, except not to be bought out by iron mountain.

- Unobtainable quotas decided by a calculator and not by actual experience - PTO based on accrual at 8 hours gained per month - Tools for job are never working - Constant understaffing
