They eliminated my role 2 years after they hired me and the year I hit Chairman's club. Role was eliminated for entry level sales reps. Comp plan for reps was not followed but management sure got their bonuses. If you are serious about a sales career, I'd look elsewhere.

- Unobtainable quotas decided by a calculator and not by actual experience - PTO based on accrual at 8 hours gained per month - Tools for job are never working - Constant understaffing
