      Its amazing what this company does for its team members. You get a true sense of family when we all come together for our yearly meetings. The money spent on these meetings and the information received is priceless. This year the meetings were filled with wonderful speakers with real life experiences that everyone can take back to their locations and apply it. Thank you Access for the great experience

      Thank you for the positive feedback. I agree that the leadership summit this year exceeded expectations on many levels and I am glad you found the investment well worth it. We made a lot of improvements to the summit this year based on the feedback we received, so I hope you completed the daily feedback surveys so it can be even better next year.       - Unobtainable quotas decided by a calculator and not by actual experience - PTO based on accrual at 8 hours gained per month - Tools for job are never working - Constant understaffing
