There is no direction in leadership and it's abundantly clear from their stock evaluation to their failed mergers to a year after year of layoffs. My tip? Network like crazy. Make those connections learn as much as you can. Always keep an eye out for a better opportunity outside the company. There is no loyalty and make sure to look up what your severance package is if they suddenly decide to cut your entire department and give you no options.
