Where to begin. Ah yes, the lack of focus this company has. The amount of items the CEO wants to focus on and address to improve the current negative standing Accolade is in, is utterly mind-blowing. You wouldnt even attempt that many new year resolutions if you wanted to succeed, total set up for failure from the jump.
The inability to focus on what matters most in bite sized chunks is gonna tank this company. Constantly throwing numerous items at the wall to see which one sticks has clearly not been working. It's costing the company and many incredible people their jobs.
Instead of being so hyper focused on the "competition" which is another huge negative in my opinion that the CEO likes to constantly dwell on, let's actually focus on OUR products that are failing OUR customers and members and focus on how WE can improve their trust in us instead of constantly looking at what the other side of the fence has. Good grief man!
This company has a severe lack of policy and procedures...which almost seems criminal for a publicly traded company.
It almost seems like everything needs to be wiped off the whiteboard and start all over again with proper organization, standards, policy, process, procedure and documentation fully implemented and expected amongst all organizations and departments...the fact that this isn't currently in place is just absurd.
The lack of accountability amongst leadership is like a disease that seems to have spread throughout. Pointing blame is the name of the game. Until true leadership can say "I failed" "I was wrong" "I made a mistake" and own up to it, nothing will ever truly improve here.
