Company doesn't stand by it's Core Values - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Accolade

This company could be so much more than what it is but the leadership starting from the top isn't there. The accountability is lacking and true empathy doesn't seem to exist here. I also have a sneaking suspicion that anytime there is a negative review posted someone from HR is jumping on here to create fake positive reviews to keep those stars up and approval rating at a certain percentage. There is lack of communication from leaders, just had more layoffs and still no direction given on what this is means moving forward. There is absolutely zero transparency, honesty and true leadership. Town halls rarely happen anymore... Whoever knows what's happening anymore. Just a constant rollercoaster. If you enjoy an environment of extreme UPS and Downs then this may be the place for you.... Definitely not if your looking for long term stability.
