Unstable management - Recensione dipendente - Scheduling Coordinator presso Accolade

I had a change in management during my probation and 2-3 managers across departments quit during my three months there, including a mass lay off. The company was struggling to establish common ground between the Prague and US based teams. Basically fired me because I was a student and they had people in the same position and department with experience of 10 years. This manager quit in a while too.
