They have created a positive work environment where recognition is a regular part of your work week. The flexibility of working from home has helped me to find parental, professional, and personal success. Oh, and my favorite part is my two-second commute to my office.

I love this about Accrew, but this could prevent some from wanting to pursue a career. They are a tech-savvy, forward-thinking company. They genuinely care about who they hire and have a vigorous screening process. If this culture appeals to you, they provide fantastic training and support, but if you prefer something other than learning and growing professionally, Accrew may not be a good fit.
