      1. Pay is not bad for ODMs in Tawian 2. Products are much competitive in Taiwan 3. Foreigners take rather proportion of the employee compared to other companies. It is a good chance to practice spoken English

      1. Bonuses often delay, sort of months, for unknown reasons 2. Policy provide by Management Information System (MIS) Team often make engineers spend extra time to deal with insignificant issues, e.g. firewalls, software management, etc. 4. No good training SOP 5. Turnover rate is too high for employee to do their tasks

      Good hardware platforms and good breadth of products. Good upward mobility due to the employee turn over rate. They have had very good people work there but they typically do not stay.

      Company is constantly changing direction and lacks a long term focus. It is treated like a sandbox by the CEO. Employees are dispensable to the company and they are treated that way. Low pay, long hours and zero recognition are the norm. Once the company is done with employees they toss them aside with very little severance and care for the families.
