There is a laid-back atmosphere, most people are pretty flexible with hours. We get free food a lot. The company is structured so there aren't huge divides between the top and the bottom, so it doesn't feel as separated as other places.
Svantaggi
There is a huge lack of communication between people and departments. There are a lot of things that could be better if small changes were made, but no one cares to make them. There are different rules for different people, men get paid more than women and are certainly treated better.
