      I have been with the company for over 5 years. The company has grown significantly over the past 4 years. We now have office in Asia and an European operations in France and Spain. I enjoy my work as it allows me to travel to so many different countries of the world. The working environment is casual and my colleagues are my friends. We help each other and we are a great team. Management is easily accessible and is willing to listen to employees' feedback. I feel confident to present my initiatives to management. I feel belong.

      My travel schedules are very demanding. I was often outside the country for 1-2 weeks.

Culture: We are small and the culture is very close-knit. Management has an "open door" policy.

      Workload: There are busy seasons where the workload spikes, especially when coordinating across multiple time zones. Because we are a small team, we have to wear multiple hats and constantly context switching, but it's exciting and you get to learn quickly.
