      Overall the pros of working here for me was the flexibility in schedule. If anything came up I could communicate with my superiors to allow me the time off I needed and come in to make up those hours at a better time. Many of the people I worked with directly were great to interact with.

      Svantaggi

      The management was mostly terrible. Production-based management was not an issue, but was not always in charge of production-based decisions. If your line of thinking didn't match their "vision" then it was likely to cause conflict or be shut down completely.

Continuous Improvement: The company has made massive strides over the years. They have implemented standardized processes and smoothed out production flows to improve efficiency. Culture: We are small and the culture is very close-knit. Management has an "open door" policy.

      Workload: There are busy seasons where the workload spikes, especially when coordinating across multiple time zones. Because we are a small team, we have to wear multiple hats and constantly context switching, but it's exciting and you get to learn quickly.
