Very competitive pay, benefits, generous time off, 401k is one of the best, company matches are very good,

I really have no cons.

The 401K and bonus benefits are nice, the office/campus is beautiful. Horizontal mobility is great, there are opportunities to move to other departments- but that can be tricky because one will also need to qualify for the new role.

The environment is equivalent to a high school, micromanagement from people who do not remotely have a management title (likely for job security), no sight of vertical mobility.
