They have no processes or procedures in place for any department. You fly by the seat of your pants and cross your fingers. You are treated like dirt unless you hold a title or have been there for years. Titled employees say whatever they want and treat treat you like dirt with no repercussions. NO ONE has your back. NO ONE supports you. NO ONE cares about you. Money is their only motivator. Sad but true.
