Company’s so called management team is ineffectual as the sole decision maker is the CEO. There are no highly experienced or senior persons for professional guidance or imparting knowledge. Switching from this company is a big hurdle. Resignation will be taken personally by the CEO and will be treated with contempt thereafter. Exit processes are made difficult by delaying or not giving relieving letter / experience letter. There are instances where the CEO has surprised employees by axing them for reasons that are purely his assumptions. One of the employees was axed when he was on sick leave. Few employees have eloped the company at the inception of their career due to its culture and environment. Highly micromanaged.
