Highly political environment. Employees are overworked and unsatisfied. Open display of favouritism for sycophants. The leadership team lacks basic leadership skills such as the ability to direct, mediate, strategise and be consistent. They make false promises during the interview stage, with zero delivery once employed. They create an environment of fear & intimidation with constant threats of employment termination. They request current employees to put in good Glassdoor reviews to drown out the honest ones from past employees. There is no avenue to receive constructive feedback, learn & improve.
