Horrible onboarding. Absolutely no training or direction given. You just have to figure it out on your own. Many other team members were arrogant. They treated carrier reps rudely, stating "we are a top tier agency so you should want to work with us." Compensation is just fair, not bad but definitely not competitive. The benefits are awful and so expensive
