I strongly advise candidates and professionals to exercise caution before joining this company. The organization has experienced a significant decline in both team stability and leadership quality. Turnover is exceptionally high, with the majority of top billers and strong consultants having left in a short period. The team has shrunk from around 50 recruiters to fewer than 15, with internal hiring struggling to keep up with the attrition. Unfortunately, many of the remaining leaders appear to be those who have not succeeded in moving elsewhere (a particular female leader has attempted multiple interviews), and morale across the board is noticeably low. Certain team leads (Female Lead), despite attending external interviews, have been unsuccessful—raising questions about internal capability. Candidate management, time management, business development, and leadership appear to be inconsistent and lacking depth. Management is widely perceived as being disconnected from the realities of the recruiting industry. Rather than taking accountability, there’s a culture of shifting blame downward. Internal communications, including townhalls, often include misleading statements and even public shaming of former staff—hardly professional or respectful. The commission scheme is among the least (Worst) competitive in the market, which further contributes to the exodus of talent. It is also concerning to see efforts made to misrepresent the contributions of those who have left the company. While the organization compares itself to major players like Hays, Randstad, and PageGroup, it unfortunately does not measure up in terms of culture, process, or professionalism. In summary, while some may still find temporary opportunity here, this company is emblematic of a “hire and fire” model, and prospective employees should be prepared for a highly volatile environment. Even the marketing lady who replies to these reviews is mistreated daily.

I would strongly caution anyone considering joining this company. The management and leadership quality are extremely poor, which likely explains why a 35-year-old business has fewer than 20 consultants. The KPIs are quite aggressive, and while high targets are not uncommon in the industry, the level of support and guidance provided to achieve them is limited. The management style leans heavily toward micromanagement, which can make it difficult to work independently and confidently. High targets aren’t the issue—I’ve worked in environments with demanding KPIs where strong leadership made success achievable. That is not the case here. Leadership tends to single individuals out unless they engage in favoritism, and professionalism is lacking. There are also concerns around professionalism and communication from leadership, with feedback at times feeling more discouraging than constructive. Additionally, collaboration across teams appears restricted, which can limit exposure and learning opportunities. Overall, the managers/leaders here are the main issues.
