You get a chance to work at home, which is great. The overall company model is also pretty good, however, its FAR from accurate. My former colleagues, Directors of Admissions (sales professionals), the training manager, bookers, and other support staff, are really great people. I wouldn't trade them for anything.

Many of the incentives the company representatives tout are simply untrue. The position promotes potential earnings between $150-$250k/year; this number is untrue and its why ATP get's so many applications. How is that possible if many of our sales people have no idea what the commissions are? During my time there, a commission tracker was promised for an entire year+ and I was never granted any information concerning how and what I was paid for. This was the topic of discussion at every Monday virtual sales meeting with no answer for as a long as I was with the company. Being mindful that I was in the middle of the pack and didn't see anything close to $50k, which is far below $150k. I've never experienced a situation when I was not able to follow my earnings. When leaving the company, they try to get you to sign a document stating you won't bring any claims against them. They don't realize that its illegal in nature. You can't enforce an illegal document ATP!! Unless you really need the job, my advice is do not take it. Your time will be short.
