- Upper management does NOT make it known part time assistant managers dont get bonuses until monthes later.
- Never given any form or rulebook/handbook so rules and policies and unspoken until they come up.
Will lie and tow the line and lie with promises of promotions AFTER telling your the position you were going to be up for is already filled by another, only to shortly after yell you they appreciate everything you do and will place ypu in a development plan for a completely different team, store and District Manager, which seems like a shady tactic used to fire those they dont like
