Upper management is terrible. Most of the supervisors aren't good either. You don't get holiday pay for working the holiday and you have to work your regular shift. It is a 24 hour call center. If you are one minute late they try and fire you. Literally. They worry about where people sit even though it should not matter since there are no assigned seats. You only get three days of sick time per year when it is a quarantined call center. When one person gets sick, more are to follow. Vacation time is scarce and most likely you won't get approved for the days you request to be off regardless of the reason. If you are looking for a weekend off you can almost forget about it. Also, when you work weekends and it's really slow, you can't even read a book when the calls could be 30 minutes in between.
