Competitors and industry peers are technologically light years ahead of Acme’s ordering system that was antiquated 10-15 years ago. This causes inefficiencies in the work day which lead to less time selling and, ultimately, lower commissions for outside sales reps. In-store management can do no wrong, “yes men” seem valued over good leaders.
