The company treats us like adults and pofessionals and trusts us to deliver. The case management system is the best that I have ever used, it is easy to use, flexible and if anything needs updating it is done instantly. Also the company has really worked hard on the onborading process and giving clear instructions to our clients and I am excited to see the developments we have planned later this year.

Doing video calls with clients was a shock.. but makes sense and once you get over the idea, it really helps to get to know your clients

Employees are treated like adults, we have work to do and are left to get on with it. No micromanagement. If you need assistance there are people to ask for help. Working from home or office. The case management system is really good.

Holiday allowance is less than anywhere else I’ve ever seen in any industry. Pay is low-average, not terrible but could be better.
