Since joining Acorn Engineering, I’ve honestly felt right at home. The team here is incredibly friendly, and from my very first day they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. It’s one of those rare places where people genuinely look out for each other. The culture is positive, supportive, and down‑to‑earth. There’s no ego, no drama, just a group of people who enjoy what they do and work well together. I’ve felt comfortable asking questions, getting involved, and sharing ideas, which isn’t something you get everywhere. What stands out most for me is the sense of team spirit. Everyone is approachable, helpful, and genuinely invested in doing a good job. It makes coming into work enjoyable, which says a lot. I’m really glad I joined Acorn. The people, the culture, and the way they’ve welcomed me in have all made a huge difference.

Very little oversight so you can get away with doing hardly anything

Awful management and supervisor support. Deceitful employer who won’t contribute to professional development
