Friendly people, culture was great (for the most part), good benefits. Innovative product with a fulfilling mission.

Management issues and direction of the company is unclear. Communication is non-existent when big decisions are made that greatly affect the CS team. The company is still at the awkward stage where they want to be in-line with a bigger company and it's competitors (big banks), but they still have the difficult problems of a start-up.

Your comments are appreciated. We've heard the feedback on clearer communication and we've put several practices in place to help the team understand the direction we're moving in. There are always ways to continuously improve and we're committed to doing so.
