6yAcorns is not declining. We’ve grown in every area of the business. What is changing is the pace and rigor with which we’re running the business. We’ve been transparent about the fact that we are in a period of change. That can involve making difficult decisions. We know you were impacted by some of these changes, but it’s important to understand that we’re doing this to protect our complete team, culture, and customers. We care very deeply about everyone that works here including you and every single customer we serve. It’s the same team here that’s been looking after things since you joined, so nothing has changed beyond more of an emphasis on results which is critical for any business. We’ve all talked openly as a company about why that’s so important. As always, we remain open to any and all feedback which is why we have internal tools like Office Vibe and All Hands. We will try to learn and grow from this situation. We wish you the best in your next chapter and hope that you are able to grow as well.
