Leaders are working cool from home in America and forcing staffs in Chennai to come to office in this pandemic where third wave have started in India. Mail from HR came on august 31 evening asking Chennai staffs to come back to office the next day. This is the companies maturity level. They didnt take any staffs openion on this. HR team and many leaders in India are sitting in Bangalore and so they keep postponing Bangalore office opening. Some of the Chennai staffs returned to office but working with full of fear. No one below 18 are vaccinated till now in India and we fear about our family. Staffs comming to office and returning home may affect family members and management didnt think about this. And Chennai office is a shared small space and 6 feet distance is not possible if all employees return in this covid 19 situation. Its not a hygenic place also as there are dump of garbage at the office entrance itself not cleaned for long time. HR team members was better before but now has become worst without any planning and coordination. Worst company.
