Bad structure. Terrible code base, very unmanageable, no local test environment. Not enough developers. Poor and under qualified management / tech lead. Pressure is way too high, unrealistic deadlines. Mental and physical strain on your health. Not open to change. "It works / don't care" attitude. Hacked code. Doesn't follow any PSR standards or anything. A few people have also left recently.
