Getting to work with great people from all different countries. You are given ownership of your work and able to grow your career more quickly, if you can keep up with the fast pace. Ability to work remote is huge.

Very competitive industry and company is growing so things can change quickly. Fast-paced and dynamic environment is not for everyone. Going through a new growth stage so there are some growing pains.

There are some decent team members

Leadership never listens to actual feedback and is lacking in actual leadership capabilities. New leadership has decreased morale. Don't expect to be paid industry average. The more you make the company the less you get paid. Senior leaders are out of touch and manager's can't do anything to actually help the people who do the work.
