Management - Contract management reminded me of a used car salesman from the 70s. The say anything type that lacked the program management expertise to navigate the challenging customer needs. A team built around smiles and stabbed backs. It was not a healthy organization. I have no idea about the role of upper management. The whole situation is embarrassing for everyone.
