Vantaggi

Division level work is challenging but rewarding if the team is dedicated. I was able to apply my education and experience to transition staff to company policies and procedures. Parent company has a wealth of resources to solidify all staff at division level.

Svantaggi

Lower level office staff needs training or additional support. Team atmosphere is missing and division leaders need knowledgeable staff to support the business and work flow. Too many changes in paperwork causes delays and confusion.

Vantaggi

You get to go home after work.

Svantaggi

If you’re looking for a company that prides itself on hiring the least qualified people possible, you’ve found the right place! I worked as a Project Manager and let me tell you, Action Environmental is the definition of "who you know, not what you know." They love hiring from outside the organization, especially if you’re buddies with upper management, even if you’ve never seen a construction site in your life. I, on the other hand went to college and also worked in the oil fields, did demolition, and soil remediation (you know, actual construction stuff), but since I wasn’t part of the “good ole boy” club, my ideas didn’t matter. I had guys who couldn't spell their name tell me what to do. If you’re looking for a company that prides itself on hiring the least qualified people possible, you’ve found the right place!
