2yFirst, please be assured that we never pressure anyone to write any Glassdoor review, and all the positive ones are as honest as the negative ones.
Deploying a complex product is never easy but we do not misrepresent our capabilities. We have the best customer retention numbers in the industry and our customers rave both about our product and the caliber of our customer-facing teams that support them. Please trust us that your hard work does not go unnoticed.
We hear you, in that you feel there is often too much pressure and that your experience is different from others who wrote positive reviews here. Unfortunately, a startup can be a high pressure intense environment. And no matter how much we would like to, we cannot turn the clock back to the “good times” when capital was cheap and abundant and we were able to be more flexible with work arrangements and the productivity we expect out of our employees. That’s true not just for us but for the whole tech industry, at this point.
