Unbelievably, we have been advised to 'wash, dry and reuse' our face masks due to cost concerns! All the literature, education, policies and procedures under the sun, and a 'behaviour of concern' letter is sent out without hesitation to ground level staff if even a whiff of non adherence is assumed. But this? This is pure stupidity. This is only one example of our management lack of professionalism and knowledge.
