Turnover within this team is consistently high, which suggests deeper leadership issues rather than individual performance problems. Feedback raised in employee reviews appears to go unaddressed, and there is little evidence of meaningful change over time. Leadership practices within this department often feel driven by favoritism and insecurity, with behavior that ultimately undermines team morale and trust. While this style may deliver short-term results, it is not sustainable and has led to long-term damage in engagement and retention. Re-evaluating Customer Success leadership and investing in a healthier management approach would likely benefit not only the team but the broader organization.

Great Company Culture, Awesome Solution, Amazing Colleagues, and Remote work

There has been some new leadership in the org and unfortunately, they don't seem to have any sort of onboarding or coaching. As a result, there's a lower morale on the team because their new leaders seem extremely stressed out and pass that along to the direct reports. Its unfortunate that it began to turn a little micromanage-y in the last few months I was there. I hope that this is a temporary situation due to how many changes the CS team is undergoing.
