It seemed as though employees were merely seen as disposable assets rather than valuable contributors to the company's success. Furthermore, the communication within the company was severely lacking. Important updates regarding incentives or any other changes were often vague or completely nonexistent, leaving employees in the dark about their own financial prospects within the company. Overall, my time at AAI was marred by constant disappointment and frustration. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize profit margins over the well-being of its employees. I would strongly caution anyone considering employment with this company to think twice before committing, as the lack of regard for employees is a significant red flag.
