- Some employees with a senior tile don't have corresponding skills and qualifications to match it - Except a training plan for new employees, no more job training is provided - Though it's a mid-size IT company, it lacks a well-managed process in its project - Most products are old and can't feel the culture of innovation - Decision making process is long and slow.
