Aside from a company vehicle and gas card (which they charge you for), there is not much I can recommend positively about this company.

No matter what good comes from the individuals in this company, it will always be overshadowed by the tyrannical reign of its dictator-esque owner. He alone will be the sole reason that this company will slowly bleed its talent from the inside. At no point in time can you as an individual share an idea that may be innovative without it being challenged by the owner who only believes that his word is gold and that no one could possibly have any other great ideas but him. He thrives on personal and public embarrassment as a "motivation tool", seeks to be the center of attention at all times, and excels at braggadocios behavior that is exceedingly narcissistic. If you value time with your family, your mental sanity, and your personal satisfaction with your career; run, don't walk, from this nightmare of an organization and watch it burn slowly in the distance as this maniac runs his company into the ground.
