“Supervisors” are careless and absent-minded, they don’t appreciate hard work, and they put all employees at risk health and safety wise. The work force is EXTREMELY complacent, if you have future goals don’t bother with this place, they will suck you into misery. If you’re a hard worker look for somewhere that will appreciate and compensate you for your work. “Management” has no structure and the company is completely cut off from any sort of corporate say, no rules or regulations apply and when it comes to any sort of issues, nepotism always wins here.
