While we offer 28 working days initially, including the 8 days bank holiday, it does increase with length of service - we aim to provide a balanced approach to rewarding long-term commitment. We continuously review our benefits to ensure they meet the needs of our employees; this year members of staff will get an extra day off for their birthday.
