Worst colleagues, difficult and toxic bosses, freshers are made to work on pilot projects with no prior information given during joining, bullying and insulting behaviour by seniors, long work hours, expectation of working on saturdays, low salaries, unprofessional and ill-mannered employees who have no business working in a corporate, HRs and managers will favour work performance and project deliveries over work culture, poor behaviour is excused easily because they have no professionalism whatsoever.
