Poor management and lack of support for employees - Recensione dipendente - Delivery Lead presso Acuity Analytics

Poor management. HR is nonsense. They do nothing for the employees. I have a legally protected cognitive condition and failed a test during training and , like a call center from the 90s, I was fired the next day after presenting legal documentation about my diagnosis. They couldn’t care less. No clear expectations nor instructions during training. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. I was there only 18 months because they refused to train me and accommodate the material to my condition which is required by law. I am preparing for a lawsuit.
