- great work-life balance - decent pay - recognition for hard work - nice/friendly coworkers - good benefits - they give assistance in getting certificates and training

- some coworkers weren't really motivated and just wanted to do the bare minimum - hard to switch projects if you don't like yours, though I liked mine

- Working on very interesting projects - A lot of autonomy - Seeing the results of the work you do
