      Recently there has been a change in leadership which has caused internal development to stop and a lot of outside ex-coworkers of leadership are being brought it without almost any opportunity for any former employees.

      Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

      Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
