The same people are moving up the ladder fast and living the dream while everyone else gets walked all over. - Some managers are now seeking "demotions" because of the changing expectations and culture. Demotions by choice are not usually allowed here. - A lot more people "choosing to retire early" over the last few years. It used to be hard to get people to retire.
